Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

Privacy Policy effective July 15, 2026  ·  Terms of Service effective July 17, 2026  ·  AIFueledCulture is operated by Darren Brown, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

1. Who We Are

AIFueledCulture is a B2B AI advisory consultancy operated by Darren Brown, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit aifueledculture.com or interact with our services.

If you have questions about this policy, contact us at privacypolicy@aifueledculture.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information in the following ways:

Contact form: When you submit the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, company name, team size, and message. This is processed via Web3Forms and forwarded to our inbox.

Newsletter signup: When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and GDPR consent status. This is stored and managed via Brevo.

AI Blind Spot Assessment: When you complete the assessment, we collect your name, work email, company, role, company size, and team size so we can send you your results and follow up. This is processed via Web3Forms and forwarded to our inbox.

Agentic Readiness Snapshot (free tool): When you submit this tool's lead form, we collect your email address, added to our Brevo mailing list under the same terms as our newsletter.

Data Panorama (free tool): When you use Data Panorama, a compact profile of your data's structure — column names, inferred types, summary statistics, and (unless you enable strict privacy mode) about ten sample rows — is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate chart suggestions. Your underlying file is never uploaded or transmitted. This profile is cached for up to 30 days, keyed by a one-way hash of its contents, purely to speed up repeat analyses — it is never linked to your identity.

Accounts, purchases, and memberships: When you sign in, purchase a Practice Run or Guided Session, or subscribe to a membership, we collect your email address (used for passwordless magic-link sign-in) and records of what you've purchased or subscribed to, so we can grant you access to the content you're entitled to. Full payment details (card number, billing address) are collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized data about site visits, including pages viewed, time on site, device type, and general location. This data does not identify you personally.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form

Send newsletters and updates to subscribers who have opted in

Deliver the AI Blind Spot Assessment results and related follow-up to those who request it

Grant and manage access to content you've purchased or subscribed to (Practice Runs, Guided Sessions, memberships), and process the related payments and subscriptions via Stripe

Generate chart suggestions when you use free tools like Data Panorama

Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate this site and our tools. Each has its own privacy policy:

Web3Forms (web3forms.com) — contact form and assessment submission processing

Brevo (brevo.com) — newsletter list management, lead-capture forms, and transactional emails (sign-in links, payment confirmations, membership emails)

Google Analytics 4 (analytics.google.com) — anonymized site analytics

Framer (framer.com) — website hosting

Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing for purchases and subscriptions

Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — hosting and secure storage of account, purchase, and subscription records for our tools

Anthropic (anthropic.com) — AI processing for Data Panorama's chart suggestions (a data-structure profile only, never your raw file)

Microsoft Bookings / Microsoft 365 (microsoft.com) — meeting scheduling

5. Cookies

This site uses cookies in two categories:

Strictly necessary cookies: Framer sets a small number of cookies required for the site to function correctly. These do not require consent.

Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 places cookies to measure usage of this site — pages viewed, time on site, device type, approximate location — only after you select Accept in our cookie banner.

Payment cookies: When you check out via Stripe, Stripe's own hosted checkout page may set cookies (such as __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid) for fraud prevention. These are set directly by Stripe, not by us, and are separate from the analytics cookies described above.

Cookie consent banner. On your first visit, a banner appears at the bottom of the screen with Accept, Decline, and a link to this Privacy Policy. Your choice is recorded in your browser's local storage so that on return visits we honour it automatically without showing the banner again. To change your decision later, clear your browser's site data for aifueledculture.com and reload the page.

What happens when you Decline. Google Analytics 4 loads on the page but operates in a consent-denied state under Google's Consent Mode v2: no cookies are set, no client identifier is created, and no personalised data is sent. Google may still receive anonymised, cookieless signals about your visit (such as an aggregate page-view count), which it uses for modelled traffic estimates. These signals cannot be linked to you, your device, or any other visit.

What happens when you Accept. Google Analytics 4 operates normally. Cookies named _ga and _ga_* are set on your device to measure repeat visits and session duration. Data is anonymised at the IP level.

Consent record. Your choice (Accept or Decline) is stored in your browser's local storage so we can honour it on return visits without re-prompting. This record stays on your device; it is not transmitted to us or any third party.

Opting out of Google Analytics entirely. Beyond the banner, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, which blocks analytics on every site you visit.

6. Your Rights

If you are located in Canada, the European Union, or another jurisdiction with applicable privacy laws, you have the right to:

Request access to the personal information we hold about you

Request correction of inaccurate information

Request deletion of your information, including account, purchase, and subscription records (we may need to retain minimal transaction records for tax and accounting purposes even after a deletion request)

Withdraw consent for email communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email

To exercise any of these rights, email privacypolicy@aifueledculture.com.

7. Data Retention

Contact form and assessment submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings (14 months).

Account, purchase, and subscription records are retained for as long as your account is active, and afterward as needed to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Data Panorama's data-structure profiles are cached for up to 30 days (keyed by a one-way hash) and then expire automatically; we do not retain your underlying file at any point. Payment information is retained by Stripe according to Stripe's own retention policies — we do not store full payment card details ourselves.

8. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Terms of Service

Effective date: July 17, 2026  ·  AIFueledCulture is operated by Darren Brown, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aifueledculture.com (the "Site"), our free tools and content, and any digital products, sessions, or memberships you purchase from us (together, the "Services"). By using the Site or purchasing any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy above, which explains how we handle personal information.

1. Who We Are, and Who May Use the Services

AIFueledCulture is a business-to-business AI advisory practice operated by Darren Brown, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The Services are intended for business and professional use. To purchase or hold an account, you must be at least the age of majority in your province, state, or territory and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" includes that organization.

2. What the Services Include

We offer both free and paid Services:

Free: Site content and articles (Insights), the AI Blind Spot Assessment, the Agentic Readiness Snapshot, and other free tools (for example, Data Panorama and the Cost-of-Inaction calculator).

Paid: digital products delivered through your account, which may include Practice Runs, Guided Sessions, content packs, and memberships (for example, the Bundled Membership / "Trusted Redesign").

All paid Services are digital. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. Access is delivered electronically through your account. We may add, change, or discontinue Services at any time; where a change materially affects a paid Service you already hold, we will act reasonably and in accordance with Section 6 (memberships) and Section 8 (refunds).

3. Accounts and Sign-In

Accounts use passwordless, magic-link sign-in: you enter your email address and we send a one-time link to sign in. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your details accurate. One account is for one person; do not share your sign-in link or account access except as permitted by the seats or licenses you hold (see Section 7). Tell us promptly at privacypolicy@aifueledculture.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

4. Pricing, Currency, and Where We Sell

Prices are shown on the Site in Canadian dollars (CAD) and/or United States dollars (USD). All prices shown are tax-inclusive: the price listed for each item already includes any applicable taxes, so the amount displayed is the amount you pay. At this time we sell paid Services only to customers in Canada and the United States, and we are the merchant of record for those sales. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, where we cannot verify the customer's location or suspect fraud) and will refund any amount already charged in that case.

We may change prices at any time. A price change never applies retroactively to a purchase you have already completed. For memberships, price changes are handled under Section 6.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown at checkout. That amount is tax-inclusive — any applicable taxes are already included in the price shown, and no separate tax is added at checkout. We do not see or store your full card number; Stripe handles card data under its own terms and security standards. You are responsible for providing a valid, authorized payment method. You will receive an email confirmation for each purchase.

6. Memberships and Auto-Renewal

Memberships are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe:

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or as stated at checkout) at the then-current price for your tier, until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your account (via the customer portal) or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals and future content releases; it does not trigger a refund for the current period.

Owned is owned. Anything unlocked or released to your account while your membership was active remains available to you in your library after you cancel, as an ordinary entitlement. Cancelling stops new releases; it does not remove what you already have.

If we change the price or the substance of a membership tier, we will give you advance notice by email; the change takes effect on your next renewal, and you may cancel before then if you do not accept it.

7. Your License, and What You May Not Do

Subject to these Terms and your payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the free and paid Services for your own use and your organization's own internal use, up to the seats or licenses you hold. You own your own data and the work you produce using the Services; we own the Services themselves (see Section 9).

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

resell, rent, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or otherwise make the Services or their content available to anyone outside the seats or licenses you hold;

share account access or content beyond your licensed users, or use one account for what is effectively multiple users' access;

repackage, rebrand, or adapt our content, methods, frameworks, prompts, sessions, or skills into a product or service you offer to others;

use the Services to build, train, or deliver a competing product or service;

use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes others' rights;

scrape, bulk-download, or use automated means to extract the Services' content, or attempt to circumvent access, seat, or usage controls;

remove or obscure any proprietary notices.

In short: the Services are licensed for your own use and your team's internal use — not for commercial redistribution, resale, or building something competing.

8. Refunds — All Sales Final

Because our paid Services are digital and access is granted immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. We may, at our discretion, provide a refund or credit for a duplicate charge, a clear billing error, or where a refund is required by applicable law. This section does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under Ontario's consumer-protection legislation or other applicable law.

9. Our Intellectual Property

The Services — including all content, articles, assessments, tools, prompts, sessions, skills, one-pagers, templates, the delivery methods and frameworks (including but not limited to our FASTER, MATCH, and ACHIEVE methods and the "Trusted AI Culture" approach), and the design and code of the Site — are owned by AIFueledCulture and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. "AIFueledCulture," "Trusted AI Culture," and our logo are our marks. These Terms grant you a license to use the Services (Section 7); they do not transfer any ownership to you. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

10. Third-Party AI Tools

Our Sessions, Practice Runs, and Skills are designed to be used with third-party generative-AI tools (for example, Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI's ChatGPT, and Google's Gemini). We do not control those tools, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and subject to their own pricing, availability, and changes. You are responsible for your own accounts and subscriptions with those providers. Our Skills are built for Anthropic's Claude ("Claude Skills"), and we provide equivalents for other platforms (for example, a Gemini "Gem" or a ChatGPT "Custom GPT") where noted; because these tools behave differently, we do not guarantee identical behavior or results across platforms. Product names referenced here belong to their respective owners; we use them only to describe compatibility, and nothing here implies their endorsement.

11. Inactive and Abandoned Accounts

If your account has no sign-in activity for 12 months, we may treat it as inactive and deactivate it after reasonable notice to your email on file. Deactivating an account does not delete what you have purchased: you can reactivate simply by signing in again, and access to content you already own resumes. We may retain minimal transaction records after deactivation to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." They are educational and advisory in nature and are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and do not create any advisory or fiduciary relationship. Where we describe work as "informed by ISO/IEC 42001," that means our approach draws on that standard's concepts — it is not an audit, certification, or a statement of compliance, and we do not audit or certify.

Generative-AI tools can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased output. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before you rely on or act on it. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using them will achieve any particular result or outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIFueledCulture and Darren Brown will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or relating to the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) CAD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIFueledCulture and Darren Brown from any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms — in particular the license restrictions in Section 7 — or where required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7–9 and 12–17) will survive. On termination for your breach, the license in Section 7 ends and you must stop using and, if asked, delete our content, subject to the "owned is owned" principle for membership content unlocked in good standing.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify account holders (for example, by email or an on-Site notice). Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us and try in good faith to resolve the matter informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
