We value the time your team spends on low-value, repeatable work, then estimate how much of it you could win back by working with AI intentionally. Hourly cost = salary ÷ 1,880 productive hours/year. Annual low-value hours = weekly hours × 47 working weeks. The reclaimable share is how much of that lost time intentional AI ways of working can realistically give back — set by where your team is today: barely using AI = 40% (most still on the table), some tools but no system = 25%, already structured and intentional = 12% (the easy gains are already taken).
