About

The tools work.
Most organizations
can't see where they don't.

AIFueledCulture is a consultancy that helps organizations build a Trusted AI Culture — the Frameworks, Best Practices, and Internal Champions that let a team work intentionally with AI and trust the results.

Two decades of enterprise experience teaches you one thing above all else: the hardest problems to solve are the ones organizations can't clearly see yet. The inefficiency that's become background noise. The risk hiding in a process everyone assumes is fine. The competitive gap opening slowly, quietly, before anyone's measured it.

AI has created a new version of that problem for almost every organization. It's already inside — in the tools employees are using, the workflows quietly changing, the data moving through systems no one approved. The organizations that get ahead won't be the ones who adopt AI fastest. They'll be the ones who can see what's actually happening and build around it deliberately — with their people working alongside AI, not replaced by it.

That's what AIFueledCulture is built to do.

"My greatest skill has never been knowing all the answers. It's been knowing where to look — finding exactly where an organization is bleeding time, opportunity, or competitive ground, and building the structure to recapture it. AI has made that work possible at a scale and speed that simply didn't exist before."

The diagnostic edge

Built on 20 years of finding what organizations couldn't see on their own.

Before AIFueledCulture, Darren spent over two decades in commercialization, product development, and enterprise growth — including 13 years with one of North America's largest supply chain organizations, working directly with senior and C-suite executives across complex multi-stakeholder environments.

That career was built on one repeating skill: walking into an organization, finding where the real problem was — not the problem they thought they had — and building the structure to fix it. The diagnostic instinct that makes that work possible is what every AIFueledCulture engagement runs on.

The AI layer came through deep formal training — advanced prompt engineering, organizational AI strategy, agentic AI systems, cybersecurity and privacy, and cloud fundamentals — all built on top of an enterprise foundation that most AI consultants simply don't have.

20+ years bringing products to market and leading commercialization at scale, across multiple industries and business cycles. The commercial lens that shapes every advisory engagement.

Enterprise commercialization & product development

A career built on direct relationships with C-suite leaders, both as a customer-facing growth partner and as an internal voice driving strategy upward through complex organizations.

C-suite advisory — external and internal

The ability to walk into an organization, find where it's bleeding time and value, and build the structure to fix it — before the organization knows exactly what to look for.

Organizational diagnostics — the core skill

Formal AI training across strategy, automation, agentic systems, cybersecurity, and prompt engineering from Vanderbilt University, AWS, and IBM.

Full-stack AI credentials
The firm

A methodology built to scale. An approach built to last.

AIFueledCulture is structured as a consultancy, not a solo practice. The Trusted AI Culture methodology — our proprietary diagnostic and engagement framework — is designed to be delivered by trained advisors, not dependent on any single person.

Darren leads every engagement today and is the architect of the methodology. As demand grows, so does the team — each advisor trained in the same diagnostic approach, the same framework-building process, and the same standard for what a real AI culture transformation looks like.

Diagnostic-first

Every engagement starts by understanding what's actually happening — not by prescribing a solution before we know the problem.

Framework-driven

The Trusted AI Culture methodology is proprietary and repeatable: consistent outcomes regardless of who leads the engagement.

Handoff by design

Every engagement is built to leave your organization independent — not reliant on our continued involvement.

Built to grow

The firm is designed for scale — trained advisors, repeatable process, and methodology that improves with each engagement.

Why AIFueledCulture

The gap between enterprise consulting and a training event is where we live.

Enterprise AI consultancies price growing organizations out of the room. One-day workshops don't change how teams actually work. AIFueledCulture exists in the space between those two — with the diagnostic depth of management consulting and the hands-on, culture-level work that training alone can't do.

Other approaches

Strategy decks delivered from a distance, without implementation
One-day workshops that don't change how people actually work
Enterprise pricing that prices growing organizations out entirely
Ongoing dependency — the consultant becomes the crutch
Generic templates, not organizations-specific systems
No ongoing intelligence — you're on your own when AI evolves

AIFueledCulture

Diagnostic-first — we find the real problem before prescribing anything
Hands-on advisory embedded with the people doing the work, not just at the policy level
Accessible to growing teams, divisions, and mid-market organizations
Internal champions own the culture — built for independence, with ongoing advisory available as the landscape shifts
Scoped to your organization's specific gaps and priorities
Fractional AI Officer option — ongoing intelligence as the landscape shifts
